Belinda Yauger, M.D.

Dr. Yauger serves as the Assistant Chief of the Department of Obstetrics
and Gynecology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). She
was commissioned through the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP)
into the United States Army in order to achieve her Medical Doctorate at
Washington University School of Medicine. She completed her Obstetrics and
Gynecology (OB/GYN) residency at the National Capital Consortium and then
continued to a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
(REI) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Dr. Yauger is board
certified in both REI as well as OB/GYN. Dr. Yauger also acts as an Associate Program Director for the NIH Fellowship in REI, as an Assistant Professor of OB/GYN at the
Uniformed Services University, and maintains credentials at the NIH. Dr.
Yauger has published in several leading peer-reviewed journals as well as
presented at multiple international meetings. She is active in ongoing in
vitro fertilization (IVF) research protocols, in a large multi-site fibroid
registry, and as an investigator in the Reproductive Medicine Network (RMN).
She has a strong interest in advocacy and coverage of infertility
treatments. In addition to her clinical performance, LTC Yauger proudly
serves in the US Army and has completed a deployment in support of Operation
Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
