Micah Hill, D.O.

Dr. Hill is the IVF Director and a staff Reproductive Endocrinologist at Walter Reed NMMC-B. He also serves as the Director of OBGYN Research, the Associate REI Fellowship Director, and the Associate OBGYN Residency Director. He is Board Certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He holds the title of Master Clinician at Walter Reed. He received his medical degree from Oklahoma State College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Tripler Army Medical Center followed by a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the prestigious National Institutes of Health. Dr. Hill is a LTC in the US Army and an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at USUHS. Dr. Hill has won numerous research awards, to include the James W. Bass award for top research at Tripler in 2007, the Bailey K. Ashford award for top research at Walter Reed in 2013, and the Lieutenant General Claire L. Chennault Award in 2017. He is recipient of six American College of OBGYN research awards in the Armed Forces District and won the Donald F. Richardson award for First Place National Research Paper in 2008.

He is a faculty member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Hill serves as the Interactive Associate-In-Chief for the Editorial Board of the journal Fertility and Sterility, the leading reproductive journal in the US. He also serves on national committees for the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies. Dr. Hill has published over 200 scientific journal articles and abstracts in the area of human fertility.
